Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Prepare the cake: In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Make the cinnamon filling: In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until well combined and smooth. Spoon the cinnamon filling evenly over the cake batter, then use a knife or skewer to swirl the filling into the cake batter.
