- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, flour, milk, and heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for another hour.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
