Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Crust
    • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • For the Filling
    • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in sour cream, flour, milk, and heavy cream until well combined.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for another hour.
  • Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a festive touch, you can top the cheesecake with fresh berries, whipped cream, or a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce.
  • Be sure to let the cheesecake cool in the oven to prevent cracking on the surface.
  • If you prefer a thicker crust, you can increase the amount of graham cracker crumbs by 1/4 to 1/2 cup.
