  • Yield: 12-15 clusters (depending on size) 1x

Description

These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a perfect combination of sweet and tangy flavors. Fresh strawberries are coated in creamy Greek yogurt and dipped in rich semi-sweet chocolate, making them a delightful and healthier treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until the clusters are firm and set.
  • Remove from the freezer and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, you can use other fruits like raspberries or blueberries instead of strawberries.
