These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a perfect combination of sweet and tangy flavors. Fresh strawberries are coated in creamy Greek yogurt and dipped in rich semi-sweet chocolate, making them a delightful and healthier treat.

- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until the clusters are firm and set.
- Remove from the freezer and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
Notes
- For a different flavor, you can use other fruits like raspberries or blueberries instead of strawberries.
- If you prefer a sweeter treat, adjust the amount of honey to taste.
