  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and kosher salt over medium heat.

  • Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring frequently. Once the mixture starts to thicken, remove from the heat.

  • Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips until melted and smooth.

  • Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  • Let the pudding cake cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
