- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add sliced flank steak and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir until thickened.
- Serve hot over rice.

- You can add additional vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or some chopped chili peppers.
