- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the French bread in half horizontally.
- Spread the chimichurri mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- If you like a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chimichurri mixture.
