Description

These creamy Cherry Vanilla Cheesecake Bars feature a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cheesecake filling, and a sweet cherry topping. They are quick to make and perfect for a crowd-pleasing dessert. Chill them in the fridge for a refreshing treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, then spread cherry pie filling on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute the cherry pie filling with other fruit toppings such as blueberry or strawberry if desired.
  • To make the crust crunchier, you can add a tablespoon of flour to the graham cracker mixture.
