- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground chicken, onion, and garlic until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in buffalo sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by using mild or hot buffalo sauce according to preference.
- If you prefer, you can swap ranch dressing for blue cheese dressing for an extra tangy flavor.
