  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground chicken, onion, and garlic until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Stir in buffalo sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.
