Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the pears.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the pears. Cook until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with the blue cheese, walnuts, honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
