- 2 ripe pears
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and slice the pears.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the pears. Cook until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with the blue cheese, walnuts, honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
- Add the caramelized pears to the salad and season with salt and pepper.
