  • 1 recipe of brownies baked in a 9×13-inch pan (recommendation: Duncan Hines chewy fudge brownies)
  • Your favorite ice cream (flavor of choice)

Instructions

  • Cut the brownies into small squares.
  • Line a cupcake pan with plastic wrap.
  • Place a brownie square at the bottom of each cupcake cavity.
  • Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream on top of the brownie.
  • Cover the ice cream with another brownie square.
  • Freeze the bombes for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove from the cupcake pan, unwrap the plastic, and serve.
