- 1 recipe of brownies baked in a 9×13-inch pan (recommendation: Duncan Hines chewy fudge brownies)
- Your favorite ice cream (flavor of choice)
Instructions
- Cut the brownies into small squares.
- Line a cupcake pan with plastic wrap.
- Place a brownie square at the bottom of each cupcake cavity.
- Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream on top of the brownie.
- Cover the ice cream with another brownie square.
- Freeze the bombes for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the cupcake pan, unwrap the plastic, and serve.
Notes
- Be sure to use a cupcake pan that has cavities big enough to hold a scoop of ice cream.
- You can customize the flavor of the ice cream and brownies for different variations.
- Make sure the bombes freeze for a good amount of time so they hold their shape when serving.
