  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, blueberries, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, bacon, and feta cheese.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, poppy seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use plain yogurt instead of Greek yogurt if preferred.
  • For a lighter version, use a low-fat mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
  • If you prefer a sweeter dressing, add more honey to taste.
