  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
  • Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Layer the cooked sausage, hash browns, and cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the other ingredients in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
