- ⅓ cup blanched almond flour

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- Filling:
- 1 pound strawberries, halved or sliced
- 6 oz each of blackberries and blueberries (about 2½ cups total)
- Finely grated zest of half an orange
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, sliced almonds, and salt. Stir in the melted butter and maple syrup until well combined. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Add the orange zest, orange juice, cornstarch, and maple syrup. Toss gently to coat the berries evenly.
- Transfer the berry mixture to a baking dish (9×9-inch recommended) and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the oat-almond topping evenly over the berries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berry filling is bubbling.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
