Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.

- Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in flour until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
