Description

This Apple Crumble Cheesecake combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the sweetness of apples and a crunchy crumble topping. A delicious blend of flavors and textures, it’s the perfect dessert for any fall gathering or special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well. Pour over crust.
  • In a small bowl, combine apples, 1/3 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon over the cream cheese layer.
  • In another small bowl, combine pecans and 1/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle over the apple layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate until chilled before serving.

Notes

 

  • For a smoother crust, you can pulse the graham crackers in a food processor before mixing them with sugar and butter.
  • You can add a little lemon juice to the apples to enhance the flavor.
  • Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating for the best texture.
