- 1/2 cup almond ricotta cream
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom layer.
- Spread the almond ricotta cream generously on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Place the top halves of the croissants back on top.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios evenly over the top of the croissants.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
