  • 1/2 cup almond ricotta cream
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom layer.
  • Spread the almond ricotta cream generously on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Place the top halves of the croissants back on top.
  • Sprinkle crushed pistachios evenly over the top of the croissants.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
