Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are cooked through and the tops are golden brown.
