- 1 box raspberry cake mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, cream cheese, butter, and egg until well blended.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and then roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle some extra powdered sugar on top of the cookies once they’ve cooled.
