  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, cream cheese, butter, and egg until well blended.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and then roll in powdered sugar.
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
