These 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips are an easy and delicious snack! With just mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni, these crispy, cheesy bites are perfect for a quick appetizer or snack. Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning for extra flavor!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (80g) low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
- 48 slices (21g) mini pepperoni
- Italian seasoning (to taste)

Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan. -
Assemble the Chips:
Spoon 2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese into each greased muffin cup. Lightly press the cheese down into the cups, then top with three slices of mini pepperoni on each. -
Add a Flavor Twist:
Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning over each cup. -
Bake:
Place the muffin pan in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes or until the edges of the cheese are dark golden brown. -
Cool and Serve:
Let the chips cool slightly before removing them from the pan. Serve warm, perhaps with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can adjust the number of pepperoni slices based on your preference for a meatier or cheesier chip.
- These chips are best served fresh and warm, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to a day. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes if needed.
