These 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips are an easy and delicious snack! With just mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni, these crispy, cheesy bites are perfect for a quick appetizer or snack. Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning for extra flavor!

  • 2/3 cup (80g) low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 48 slices (21g) mini pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan.

  • Assemble the Chips:
    Spoon 2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese into each greased muffin cup. Lightly press the cheese down into the cups, then top with three slices of mini pepperoni on each.

  • Add a Flavor Twist:
    Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning over each cup.

  • Bake:
